How to register your tournaments and other Impetus events.

If you want to host an official tournament or Impetusrelated event you can do so in 3 easy steps:

1. Go to the the Eventforum and create a post with the name and date of your event in the title. Please write only the most important details into the post (date, place, scale and points)

2. Reply to your own post and add any information you want into the reply

3. Scroll down till you see Calendar Event and add te date there using the drop down menus and save your post.

Just have a brief look at the example tournament post - it's really easy.

Any event created this way will be automatically linked into the calendar feature and the last 6 entries will also be visible on the eventfeed on the right side of the board. The newsfeedentry is limeted to 80 signs so you should only include the most basic information in your opening post. This helps the newsfield not getting too overloaded. In your replies there is no restriction to the amount of detail you can add - feel free to provide as much Information as you want.

Happy jousting Smile
