Troops hit in flank/rear

Post by accard on Thu Oct 16, 2014 10:06 am

Had a game last night where I managed to hit an enemy CP unit in the rear with a unit of CL. (One of the few things which went right)

However the melee was a draw - so what options are available to the CP in its turn? We couldn't find in the rules if it turns around, or something else happens, so we kept fighting it as a flank attack but without the charge bonus for the CL. (as we thought that only applied for the actual charge into the flank/rear)

were we right?
