shooting, moving, charging?

The rules say you can't shoot between moves. I take it this means you can't move, shoot, move. And that would negate, move, shoot, charge.

Are there any restrictions on shooting, then charging (as long as you take the -1 for moving shooters when you roll for the shot)?
